This is the second sale I am trying to upgrade CSP PRO to EX
but once again, it is giving the following message: "The coupon code you entered is invalid. If you have questions about this, please contact the publisher."
I already contacted the support last year
I got no answer
I contacted them again this year
still no answer
does anyone know how to fix it? I am really needing a help right now,,,

2 years agoSince the coupon code you entered cannot be used,
Please contact the company (= issuer) that distributed the coupon code and ask.
Isn't it possible that the coupon code usage has expired?
Also, since ASK has only general users here,
For payment-related matters, we recommend that you contact official support directly.
