Help! Workplace gone mad

All my settings are gone, the most useful (to me) features (like brush size dots) are not in display anymore (and I can't find them)!!!
And the whole Window looks like it's been zoomed to 200 % (see the picture)
What's more most of the settings appear in grey - like they've been disactivated.
AND I actually registered the workplace I reorganized as "my workplace", it 's marked as actual workplace, and it's definitely not what I'm looking at.
Help, please!

Try reloading the workspace.
Palettes that are not displayed
Window menu → Click the required function ([Brush size], etc.)

2 years agoReload didn't work, I saw it in the menu and tried it. However what did work is opening one of my old files with all my settings, and it got the window back to normal. Don't know for how long though.
I didn't know CSP had this kind of problems. It really makes me anxious and hesitant to buy it.- English
