I can't draw after putting speech bubbles I NEED HELP!

Hello I just got into digital art digital art my wife just bought me a new tablet I am using the Galaxy tab S7 plus and it's been working phenomenally for me . The problem that I've been having is that I started using speech bubbles and for some reason I am unable to diselect them so that I can go back to drawing and erasing is there any way that I can go back to drawing after laying a speech bubble?

2 years agoLook at the layer palette.
Is the balloon layer selected?
Since it cannot be drawn on the callout layer,
Select a layer for drawing and then try drawing.
