Can't purchase 2.0 upgrade because it keeps asking for a serial number that I don't have yet.

Now, I'm trying to purchase it again and for some reason, it keeps looping back to this page instead of the payment screen.
I don't get it. It keeps asking to register a serial number. What serial number? For the upgrade?
My payment didn't went through so how am I supposed to provide one? I think my account got stuck.

1 year agoupgrade means you must have v1 serial number, if you don't why bother for upgrades? buy normal v2 instead

1 year agoInputting my old serial number does nothing, so I'm assuming this page is only supposed to appear for an account after a successful payment.
I don't have a new serial number yet since my payment didn't go through the first time, so now I'm stuck.- English

Tried to purchase the upgrade last night and was told my card was declined. Backed out, went back in and tried again, double checking my info all the way— card declined. Then I get a text message from my bank about fraudulent activity. So, I check it and I've got a double charge from CELSYS— weird, but...okay, I guess my card wasn't declined, LOL.
I accept one charge and not the other, my bank calls it all fraudulent activity and blocks my card. Now, I've got no card and NO upgrade! Yippee!
Oh, also? Trying to go back and purchase it via a different card? Can't.
I'm taken to the exact screen that people have been linking above.
I don't have a serial number because my purchase 'didn't' go through, but now I can't even try to buy it at all.

1 year ago주워 듣기론, 한번 우대 구매 결제창 페이지에 진입을 하게 되면 기존 가지고 있던 라이센스(시리얼 넘버)를 사용하게 되므로 결제를 하든 결제 오류가 났든, 다시 결제창에 진입을 하려고 하는 순간 이미 기존에 가지고 있던 시리얼 넘버는 '사용됨' 으로 인식 되어서 저런 페이지가 뜨는것 같습니다.. 즉 저희들이 어떻게 할 수 있는 문제는 아닌 것 같습니다..
안그래도 바쁜데 문의를 해도 답이 늦어지기만 하네요- English
