Can't upgrade my 1.0 PRO to 2.0 PRO

So I was trying to purchase the 2.0 upgrade earlier but stopped since I was having problems with my cards and I had to continue work.
After a while, I'm trying to purchase it again currently and this error has been coming up now .
I don't know what else to do. I literally haven't used my SN yet for any upgrade etc. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
