If i subscribe CSP Premium Plan and "Use up to 4 devices (Windows / macOS / iPad / iPhone / Galaxy / Android / Chromebook)”. Can I use it on 4 different devices at the same time?

I saw the Premium Plan CSP package option just like the Netflix subscription package

If you have a premium plan, you can run up to 4 devices you own at the same time.

The premium plan allows you to run 4 devices at the same time, but if you think about it normally, you'll need 4 people.
Well, it may be more appropriate to think of it as not having to "quit" or "switch" rather than just using it. (It's against the rules to let others use it...)
