Something is wrong with the Ruler Tool or Opacity...

When I used linear ruler tool for my 1-point perspective, the opacity won't lower to make the linear ruler drawing transparent, and it's only when I use any Ruler Tool(U) is when the opacity isn't working. Am I doing something wrong?

11 days agoThe thickness of the ruler is not a drawn line, so it does not depend on the layer opacity.
The thickness of the ruler is displayed with the color and opacity set in the preferences.
