I have already bought clip studio paint BUT I got a new computer and I cannot find the email that had the download. I cannot download from the old computer as it DIED. Is there a way to get it back without paying all over again?

29 days agoI couldn't find the information I needed because the question content and the question text didn't match.
What is the version?
If it is ver.1, please contact official support directly and ask if they can confirm the serial number you have. You can access the question form from the support link at the bottom of this page. This "ASK" is a user forum, so I don't know the serial number.
For ver.2 or 3, if you have already used the activation code before, you do not need to use it this time, just activate the license.
