Most of UI is not clickable

Anything on the side is not clickable at all. Tools, color wheel, layers, etc. But the top menu buttons are fine. I tried reinstalling the program and it didn't change. Using keyboard shortcuts does change things on the side though, just no mouse inputs.

13 days agoDid you try resetting tablet drivers? Disabling windows ink? Switching between wintab and tablet pc in settings?
