How can I upgrade my annual plan from CSP Pro 3.0 to perpetual license to CSP EX 3.0? URGENT

Good afternoon.
Today I was given the opportunity to upgrade my annual plan from CSP Pro 3.0 to the perpetual license of CSP EX 3.0, but when I try to follow the steps that appear on the website, the same options that appear in the tutorial do not appear.

12 days agoIt seems that you are unable to upgrade due to the update path you are using.
It would be best to contact support to find out the best way to proceed.
