I can't reopen a file I saved

I have had a clip studio paint file for a long time, I always save the changes and open it without any problem but today I don't know what happened because when I want to open the file it tells me "unsupported file format" I don't know what the problem could be... ..
Furthermore, the saved file does not appear as before with a preview image, the clip studio paint logo appears :(
