How to swap one time use purchase from PC to Tablet?

I have clip studio working fine it seems on pc. But when I go to use the code on my Tablet. It says its already in use. Now when I go to the help section on my PC clip studio and try to deactivate the product. There is no option to do so? It just keeps telling me to activate it. And it never works. I have been going around in circles for hours. Please if anyone knows how to fix this. Please help. Thank you so much.

12 days agoYou cannot use a One Time Purchase/Perpetual License on iOS, Android, Galaxy, or Chromebook. It can only be used on Windows and Mac.
iOS, Android, Galaxy, and Chromebook are Subscription Plan only.
12-13 digit Activation Codes are single use codes used to apply a license to your Clip Studio Account. Once used, there is no further need for it.
30 digit Serial Numbers are for v1 (Windows and Mac) and can be reused, but that license gets attached to your Clip Studio Account now (since v1.9.5 at least).- English
