How do I delete a corrupt brush that won't allow CSP to launch?

I'm using CSP 2.0 on Windows 10.

I downloaded a brush from the official CSP asset library and when I tried to add it to my brush sub tool window I received a message that it was corrupt. CSP stopped responding and I had to restart it. After that it just sits on the splash screen until Windows brings up the Not Responding error message and ask me if I want to wait or restart the software.

How do I delete a corrupt brush if I cannot load CSP?
