I want to know how to install CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO on a tablet and how to use a license already used on a PC. Does anyone know how to do it?

I bought a clip studio paint PRO license to use the program on my PC and everything is fine there but I want to know how to install the program on an Android tablet and how to use the same license on the tablet as well, I read in support that I can use the license up to 2 devices but I don't know how to do it. Does anyone know how to do it?
