Mouse Wheel Scroll Wheel not Working

I'm using Clip Studio Paint Pro Version 3.0 - MACOS Ventura 13.6.6

I've been having this issue for years now. Modifier setting for mouse wheel not responding.
I'm trying to zoom using mouse wheel and nothing happens. any advice? Thanks

    1. In addition to [General settings], why not check the [Tool-specific settings] in each state while switching to the tool you frequently use?
    2. Also, why not try changing the settings to something completely different and pressing [OK], then change them to the settings you want and press [OK] again?
    3. Update your security software, exclude CSP from the security software's monitoring, and try setting modifier keys again.

    In any case, please restart CSP and your PC after setting them, just to be safe.

    @shiinan Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I tried everything you suggested and it still did not work.

    @Noborius I just tried a different mouse and still nothing. Both work in all other programs and also they both work in the side scroll bar in windows within CSP also. just not in the modifier settings. Note* even if I change the setting to rotate, scale up..., scroll vertically, etc... still nothing. it's weird.
