Downloaded Material stuck for five weeks.

I've been downloading a few sets to play around with on the canvas but haven't seen them until I checked the data transfer and one material I paused still hasn't paused for about 3 weeks now and I cannot close out clip studio or restart my laptop and the material is stuck at 31% and I don't think it's going to pause anytime soon. Can anyone help me?

    How about forcibly closing CLIP STUDIO?

    Once you have forced the app to close, shut down your PC as well, turn off your VPN, check your network environment, and download the materials you need one by one.

    Also, if you cannot re-download a partially downloaded material collection, delete it from [Material Management] and then try downloading it again.
