CSP IPad line weight being weird

My IPad recently updated and I use a Adonit Neo pen to draw. After the update, the line weight on Clip Studio became really small, even if it is at a larger size. I used the pen on different apps and it still looked normal. I also wanted to see how I can access the layer properties window too. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling Clip Studio, and the window for layer properties is hidden somewhere. Please help!

When starting the program, check only "Window display position" and then start the program.

Try adjusting the line thickness with "Adjust pen pressure detection level".
