Clip Studio does not run after formatting.
1. Delete the app, delete the related folder, and install version 3.02. This is my 3rd download.
2. You have turned on virus and threat protection.
3. Because it is formatted, there are no tablet programs at all.
4. I kept pressing draw and luckily it turned on once, but since then not even the window has opened. I paid money to buy it, but it feels like I'm playing the lottery...
I even sent an inquiry to CLTU, but I haven't received a response for 13 days. I need to rehabilitate my drawings on the computer, so please save me.

9 days agoPlease check if your PC meets the operating environment requirements for CSP.

If you haven't updated your Windows and security software, please do so. Then restart your PC.
