The tablet won't turn on (for beginners)

I think it was when I tried to reinstall the driver.
Then the power went out and when I tried to turn it back on, like in the picture (gif), when I turned it on, the original screen would turn on for a moment, then go off for a moment, and I couldn't operate the screen.
It happens whether it's connected to a computer or not.
I'm sure something similar happened for a while when I first bought it...
It hasn't even been a year since I bought it.
I've looked into various things and tried them, but nothing has worked, and I can't find anyone who has experienced a similar phenomenon, so I'm very troubled.
I have no knowledge at all, so if anyone could tell me...

Please refer to the Wacom support page.
    https://support.wacom.com/hc/ja/articles/1500006344122-%E6%B6%B2%E6%99%B6%E3%83%9A%E3%83%B3%E3%82%BF%E3%83%96%E3%83%AC%E3%83%83%E3%83%88%E3%81%AE%E9%9B%BB%E6%BA%90%E3%81%8C%E5%85%A5%E3%82%8A%E3%81%BE%E3%81%9B%E3%82%93
I did a Google search and found that there were several cases where the problem was fixed by checking whether the cable was unplugged and plugged back in.
(There are cases where leaving it for 10 minutes has fixed the problem, but as the URL suggests, leaving it for half a day to a day may be better.)
There is also the possibility of a problem or breakdown with the capacitor, so if it still doesn't work, you may need to request a repair.

If you are a complete beginner, please go to a PC shop.
Search for a nearby store by searching "PC peripheral diagnostic shop"
