Drawings on some layers disappear

Hello,
I drew a frame, which consists of many flowers placed on separate layers and grouped. However, some flowers disappear the moment I want to edit the picture. It's hard to describe what's happening, that's why I recorded the video:

You can not see these elements on layer thumbnails, but they are displayed in the image. They were there before. I do not know what's going on and why.
