I use the iPad version of CRISTA EX.
From the moment you open the app, a window saying "Adjusting the material" will appear, and it will not close even if you wait.
The material download setting is off.
I finished the app completely, I also restarted the iPad, but there is no change.
If you know how to cope with it, I would like your help.

Others seemed to be experiencing similar situations, and they were written on the request / fault report board.

You may just tap to the timing when the adjustment is finished ....
Neither the cause nor the solution is a definite solution, but I will write it for those who are troubled with the same phenomenon.
