I can't manipulate 3D models.

so, i have a problem: for some reason, clip studio paint has stopped allowing me to rotate/move my downloaded 3D models.
they load onto the canvas fine, and i can apply premade poses to them without issue–but when i click the rotate/zoom/etc. tool or attempt to select areas of the model's body to manipulate them, there's no response.
i've tried downloading the latest version of the program, restarting csp, and restarting my computer, but still no luck. has anyone else had this issue?
