How to correctly use the "speed breaking line" asset?

Hey, so i'm not really skilled and more of a vanilla drawing artist, so I'd like to find a kind soul to help me with the Japanese breaking speed line asset, with a "bag" as thumbnail.

When I use it, it comes as a brush and not as the green selection thing to break the line. Does anyone have an idea? Or if anyone have pieces of advice to give?

Thanks in advance.

The literary expression is fragrant, but the content of the question is chaotic.
Even if you read the document in pieces, I think it's something like "Find material", but your "speeding violation" is not correctly communicated by low-performance Google Translate.

Links to pages where problem materials can be downloaded

    Thanks for replying!

Hey, i'm not sure I understand what you said, nor your link being what I was looking for. Would it be possible to like "reformulate" (I think Google translate butchered your message...)

    Thanks in advance.

Basically, Can you link to the asset you're having trouble with? or provide screenshots of the tool if you can't find it again.

Sorry, I had trouble finding the creator on phone as I'm not really good at Japanese writing.

Indeed they made good assets. I wish I would be able to understand them better...

It is a blender brush that you apply to already-drawn lines.
On an outline layer, select the speed line brush and swipe in the direction you want the lines to go.
You can edit the brush's size to get different effects.
    Hope this helps!
