One file I have can't open

One of my paintings won't open with clip studio paint, even though I explicitly started the painting on Clip Studio and never transferred it over to another drawing program or back. I checked, and all my other clip studio paint files can open on the program, but it's just this one file that can't. All of them end in the standard, ".clip" ending. I keep getting a repeated message of "unsupported file format". Attached, is a screenshot of the message I keep getting and the file I'm trying to open. Help, what should I do? :((

6 years agoIf you can send a consultation email to the support below and send a broken file, why do not you ask for repair?
