Huion Tablet [kamvas 13] CSP major pen lag, slow drawing. Drivers Updated, Stabilization checked

I tested the stabilization levels, it's ony win/tablet in preferences, it's so slow and laggy. It's so slow and hard to draw. The tablet works great and is brand new. Aesprite was working fine. Just CSP has issues.
On my ipad, CSP works fine too, but I need to use my huion/desktop for a lot of my stuff too. [I also bought ex for a reason lol] If anyone has any ideas how to fix this, I'd appreciate it. I draw quickly, and it's making it frustrating to draw. Tried with multiple brushes/pens ect
