A couple of minutes ago I bought a studio clip and after reloading the page, the page with the activation code disappeared. No confirmation email came to the email. The money is gone, there is no code and there is no information on hand, except for the card with which the payment was made

It might be "purchase" instead of "prushiase", but the person you ask is not the "general users without any privileges" here.
