My transform tool doesn't work :'(, how to use them? i usually use shortcut

i already try manually and use the selection tools, but the transform tool won't appear when i click them

You say "I don't see the conversion tool".
When you execute the transformation tool, if there is no "drawing" on the corresponding layer, "There is no transformation target" is displayed. In your case, did you display it?
Even if there is "drawing" in the corresponding layer, if there is nothing in the selection range, "There is no transformation target" will be displayed as well. Nothing should be displayed.
If there is "Draw" in the corresponding layer, the transformation point will be displayed normally.
Can't you take a screenshot of your entire operation screen and post an image from the answer section of this question?
