how to use and import downloaded brushes?

So ive recently discovered that you can use brushes made by other users. Ive downloaded them and launched the software and found the "downloads" folder. How do you import them and use them? I was watching a youtube video of someone doing it but it seems the import subtool option is gone? Someone please help!
