I cannot change color by "Change layer color" on Clip Studio Paint

When I use "Change layer color" tool on Clip Studio Paint, the new color is always brighter than color I selected. For example, I change line layer to Black (#000000), new color is not black but gray.
How can I fix this?

3 years agoIs it a conversion with "Layer property"?
For example, suppose the original color is green.
At this time, if both "Layer collar" and "Sub collar" of "Layer property" are not black, they will not be black.
