I have a clip studio pro account and I want to use it on my iPad but it says "You cannot use this on the current device." what can I do?

I have already purchased a clip studio paint pro account a while ago and I just got an iPad for Christmas. I want to use clip studio paint on there instead but it won't let me connect my account to my iPad. Why is it not letting me connect my account and is there any way I can use my account on my iPad without having to buy clip studio paint again?
