Can one licensed copy be used on multiple computers?

I'm just wondering because I have a desk top and a laptop and use both for work so do I need to but 2 copies? Or can I buy one and use on both?

Yes. You can use your license in two computers. (both windows and mac).
allows you to perform the installation on two computers. but do not work at the same time.
If you exceed the number of computers the program "warns you" that you have to uninstall it from a computer in order to continue the installation.
