using one license on both desktop and laptop?

i recently got a new laptop for school because i'm moving to a different town and cannot take my desktop computer with me. i bought the one time license for Clip Studio Paint PRO on sale some time ago and i've only been using it on my desktop, but i would really like to have it on my laptop as well so i can draw even when i'm not home.

now every FAQ i read says that i can use one license on two computers, but when i tried to use it on my laptop, it says i have to deactivate the license on my desktop. both computers use Windows. is there a way to make it so that i can use CSP on both without having to deactivate one? i would still like to be able to use CSP on my desktop when i come back home on weekends.

With a 30-digit serial number, one owner can register a license on the same two computers. However, it is prohibited by the rules to start two units at the same time.
Since the CELSYS License Server manages the registration, users cannot optionally revoke their licenses individually.

    for example,
When my computer breaks down and I register a license with the same serial number on a third computer, the broken computer and
Both of the computers that did not break down will be instructed to cancel the license, and if the user consents, only the third computer will be licensed.
After that, if you re-register the license of the computer that did not fail, the licenses of the two computers will be maintained.

If you run this license over situation frequently in a short period of time, it may automatically be identified as fraudulent and your serial number may be permanently locked and cannot be reinstated.

If it is not illegally used, the serial number will be reused, so please manage it so that you do not lose it. If it is the PRO version, it will also be used to upgrade the EX version.
