Purchased wacom cintiq 22. There is a big problem with the reaction lag of the pen when drawing.

I bought wacom cintiq22 and tried using Crysta.
The lag of the pen reaction is quite large, and if you delay it by about 0.5 seconds or move it quickly for drawing hair, lag will occur.
I tried setting the image stabilizer to 0, but there was no improvement. .. ..
I didn't have this inconvenience when I tried my friend's wacom cintiq
I think it's a problem with the Crysta settings or an initial failure.
If you have a similar incident or know about countermeasures, would you please give us your opinion?
