I'm not sure I can explain it well in words, so I drew an example of what I'm trying to achieve

If you want to enlarge (or reduce) an image or line drawing at the same angle (without rotating it),
After selecting the layer to be changed, press enlarge / reduce / rotate (Ctrl + T), and then
You can zoom in or out by holding down the Alt key and dragging any of the enclosed □ parts.
At this time, if you change the "center" part of the rotation center item in the sub tool properties to "lower left",
When enlarging (or reducing), you can resize mainly on the lower left side.
(It seems that the item part of "Transformation method" of the same sub tool property is "Enlarge / Reduce / Rotate",
If you don't want to rotate it, I think it's a good idea to set this to "Enlarge / Reduce" before adjusting. )

Thank you for your responses! I always assumed that painting software could do absolutely anything before I started using it, so it's surprising to find that it actually has many limitations.
