Using my partner's laptop, they already have clip studio for a 4 device plan, I tried to register and get a liscense number but no matter what card I use it won't allow me to register. The reason I want my own is for my devices which are different then theres. Can someone help me trouble shoot this issue?

2 years agoI understand that I have a premium plan contract so that I can use up to 4 units.
How many of them are already in use?
Which plan do you have for each?
(Are you using EX for a one-time purchase plan?
Are you using PRO or EX with a subscription contract?)
What device do you want to put in? Which software version do you want to include?
