I've been using CSP for about 4 years without a problem, I have a one-time purchase so it can't expire, and I've checked both my e-mail and my Wacom account to verify the code is correct. It still doesn't work, I have looked up advice from the official clip studio page and nothing works. What should I do?

2 years agoThe question says "Wacom", but if your license is a bundled version of Wacom distribution, I've never heard of it for 4 years (usually up to 2 years).
Is the 7th from the left "A" in the 30-digit serial number you manage? (SP1DEP-Axxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx)

2 years agoI'm not convinced by your answer, but if you're renewing (a genuine serial number purchased with a special offer), give me a new 30-digit serial number.
Please copy all digits including hyphens and paste them in the input field instead of manually inputting.
If that doesn't work, please contact official support, although it may take some time.
