Big chunks of pixels dissappear when I zoom in

I'm working on putting together my comic for printing, I've noticed that the imported scanned lineart suddenly have squares of empty pixels scattered around the canvas. But they are only visible if I zoom in. The missing areas does not seem to be able to restore, so I have to redraw the missing area after rasterizing the layer.
This is worrying since I need to get these pages finished ASAP. I use the EX version on Mac OS High Sierra.
Is there a cause behind this and is there a way to avoid it? I can't use a software if it randomly deletes parts of my artworks and comics.

A similar trouble report was also in "Japan's" defect / request board ".
However, the support side can not reproduce the phenomenon, it seems that it has not reached the cause identification.

    That seems really annoying :/
Maybe try to scan your pages in another software like Photoshop or your scanner software and then import the file to CSP?
