Accidentally deleted my CSP Account. How do I get my one-time purchase to my new account?

I thought I didn't have a license under my main email, so I deleted it (I thought I was using a student email but apparently I was wrong). Turns out maybe I did? I have no idea what email my license is under. So I remade an account and now I cannot find an area to register my one-time purchase to that new account.
Once I am able to do that, I can do what I wanted to originally do which is put CSP on my new Samsung Tablet. But I have to first register my serial number to this new account. The issue I'm having is I can't find ANYWHERE to input a serial number. I went to HELP > CHANGE LICENSE/ACTIVATION on the program and entered my serial number and nothing happened.
I'm at a complete loss of what to do. Why is this so complicated? I have a serial number, proof of purchase, and all my personal information. Why can't CS help me with this even after emailing them and not getting any helpful service?

1 year agoThe account is for logging in to CLIP STUDIO and is limited to one person by convention.
The serial number used in the perpetual license for PC determines the boot grade of CLIP STUDIO PAINT and is not directly related to the account.
The activation code for your subscription is tied to your account.
Since the activation code is basically fixed to the registered device, there is a limit to the number of changes and all will be invalidated.- Japanese
