How to transfer User data to new PC

Just got a new PC and I've been working on transferring everything over from my old laptop.
I was able to get the license on the new PC. But I'm struggling trying to get my workspace/brushes/3D models transferred over. I have over 300+ brushes downloaded... So redoing everything will take a LONG time. lol

So I've done this swap with SAI V2. It was super easy to get the user data moved over. Everything is exactly how I have it on my old laptop.

CSP on the other hand...

This is the step by step instructions I've used.

I have done this 3 times and each time it just doesn't work. CSP just loads up like it's brand new everytime.
Basically moving the CELSYS folder from the old laptop to the new PC. But it just acts like I didn't do anything at all. (moving this folder takes a LONG time too, since there's so many brushes/3D models I use)

I'm at a loss on what to do at this point. I'm afraid that I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and just do everything all over again.
I'd appreciate any insight.

Since ver.1.10.13, the storage location of the material folder has been changed to avoid problems that occur to those who use OneDrive.
    C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\CELSYSUserData\CELSYS
This will be the storage location for the newly installed Clipstudio brushes.

You can check the storage location of Clipstudio's materials by clicking the gear in the upper right corner of Clipstudio (launcher) → looking at the storage location of the material.

Perhaps, the storage location of the materials on your old computer is
    C:\Users\(user name)\Documents\CELSYS\CLIPStudioCommon

The storage location of the materials on the new computer is
    C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\CELSYSUserData\CELSYS\CLIPStudioCommon
    should be

    Therefore, a new computer
    C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\CELSYSUserData\CELSYS
Please paste the CELSYS folder of the document of the old personal computer to.
