I keep getting Download Failed. Please check the connectivity of your device. error

For some reason everytime i tried to download assets (brushes, eraser, etc) I keep getting this error. What does this mean? i tried to organize material and organize material folder but it doesnt help. i also tried to use my phone data instead of wifi and it still doesn't work. Is there anyway to fix this problem?
