Software error some tool windows do not appear

Good morning!, here is my question
When I open the Clip Studio PRO program, the "Sub Tool", "Tool Properties" and "Sub Tool Details" windows appear, all reduced to one pixel, which I would say is bugged, perhaps.
Now I send images to explain.
Next to the tools that are on the left. There is a very thin bar (on the right side) that would be the aforementioned windows, but bugged, because when I close them from the windows option, said bar disappears.
I hope it has a solution and I tried uninstalling the program but it continues the same
