Downloaded brush requires way too much pressure to lay paint

So this brush I downloaded (see picture) requires WAY too much pressure in order for the "paint" to lay down. I'm talking maximum-nib-eroding pressure. I can confirm it's not a pen/tablet issue since all the other brushes work perfectly fine. I've also tried adjusting pen pressure to a much higher minimum as well as just turning it off to no avail. I'm wondering if there's some other setting I could try to make the brush a little more sensitive before giving it the boot?

Brush size / amount of paint / density of paint
Even if cutting the pen pressure of the three items it seems that pen pressure of the pen tablet is alive so it can be used without problem with normal writing pressure ....

5 years agoTry removing the control points on the pressure curve (click-drag them out of the graph),
Or make a straight line (red line).
This should change the "feel" of the brush.- English
