i am trying to buy the software from my computer here in Brazil and it don't let me buy it because i can't exchange the Dollars to Reais and when i tried to do purchase using dollars it didn't let me because i can't use dollars from outside of the USA or something like it. I need to buy it before the spring sale is over so if someone can help me i would love it

4 years agoPayment is nothing to ordinary users.
"Do not use dollars, etc." will not do anything on the user support side.

4 years agoYou should try emailing Customer Support!
Also are you paying through Paypal? If you're paying through Paypal it should convert the currency to Reais when you purchase.
Other than that though I do not think we, as users, can offer as much assistance as customer support could offer! I hope you can buy CSP before the sale is over!- English
