I want to import a Photoshop brush to CSP, but it's a .TPL file. Help!!

I want to import a PS6 brush file to CSP, but it's a .TPL (tool) file, not an .ABR (brush) file. I no longer pay for photoshop so converting it inside the program is not an option. Is CSP capable of importing .TPL files, and if so, how??
If you have any alternate suggestions, I would love to hear them.
