I bought the one time purchase of Clip Studio Paint, but it functions poorer than my previous free program. I've tried to fix it using the FAQs, but have been unable to. How can I seek out a refund?

    "It's inferior to previous free programs."
    After experiencing the trial version with the EX version, I think it is natural that there are some inferior parts if the purchase is the PRO version.

    Requesting a refund if you understand it and agree to the terms is strange.
