What should I do?I can't open Tablet PC in Tablet<Preferences

So,Today I tried to draw in CSP pro and found out that I can't use the tablet's shortcut key.My tablet is Wacom intuos M(the driver is already updated,CSP already updated too).Even though I draw in other software or use the keys it works.But it didn't work in CSP,And then when I go to File>Preferences>Tablet I try too changd "Using tablet service" but I can't change it from WIntab too Tablet PC.I've tried search for solution but it don't works.Has anyone experienced this before? (This happens after the lastest Windows 10 update)

2 years ago"Tablet PC" is for the type that the computer has a built-in LCD pen tablet, not for an external pen tablet.
The latest version of the tablet driver is not good, and I think that the version that matches the date of manufacture of the pen tablet is the best.
