Trying to upgrade from Pro to EX but it says "you are not allowed to register the serial, which you used for a special offer before"

I had a serial code that already came with the Wacom Intuous so that I could verify to upgrade because I already have the pro version , but it doesn't accept it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

2 years agoYou cannot directly upgrade to the full version of EX from the limited edition PRO that you obtained by purchasing a Wacom product.
You can purchase the product version of PRO with a special treatment and then purchase the product version of EX with a special treatment.

Perhaps it received the DUBUT version. This is because the value of the difference used at the preferential price is the same.
Please give up and consider purchasing the half-price EX version of the regular price.
