Help please! I can't upload/sync my works on cloud!

I have been having problem syncing and uploading my works on cloud these past few days. I have tried reinstalling the program to see if its a bug but the problem still persists. Anyone could help?

    It could be interfering if Firewall.
    Check that it is not blocking CLIP STUDIO's internet communication.
    And I also share other information about another possibility.
    If the problem persists, you should contact technical support.
