How can i update ad sub tool palette not updating the "materials not added to palette" tag?

i already suffered 2 power outages because of rainstorms while i was adding subtools to my palette, when i reopened the program after the power outage all the brushes that i did put on the program in this session didn't appeared on the sub tool palette, but all the others were fine (the ones i already dragged in other sessions of opening and using CSP)

as you will see in the image i attach the brushes that are supposed to be in the sub tool palette aren't because the program didn't close correctly as energy went off, but also don't appear on the "materials not added to palette" because i dragged them before to the sub tool palette, it seems like this data was saved but not the brushes in the sub tool per se, only their supposed existence there.

i did some testing to see if i could learn how the "add sub tool" updates and checks which brushes are in the sub tool palette, deleting and checking if those deleted brushes (from the sub tool palette) did appear on the "materials not added" tag, the did not, i even tried closing CSP and opening as well as CLIP STUDIO launcher, to see if it would make it update.

What i have figured out is that add sub tool> "materials not added to palette" tag doesn't actually check if the materials are in the palette or not, it only checks if the were dragged sometimes, nor check if they were deleted off the palette and aren't here anymore, the thing is i want it to check if the materials are in the sub tool palette, because i have lots of brushes so i can't check by hand which ones aren't added to the palette manually

do you know a way to fix this? it looks like it's a "feature" not a bug, as it could be intended to be like that for performance reasons, but i want it to check if the brushes are there so i can manage the brushes correctly. mainly because of i lost lots (like hundreds of brushes) of material organization because of the power outage.

Some CLIP STUDIO PAINT settings are saved when you exit CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
If you change the material settings, restart CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
    The settings are saved
This is an inconvenient part of CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
Please restart CLIP STUDIO PAINT after making important settings.

yeah, i found no solution, and the file that controls the add sub tool is on clip studio launcher, not paint, that's why stuff get saved in different moments i think, so i just messed with the files and i'm starting over again, it's a less pain in the neck than search for the missing brushes -.- thanks
