How do I change the device used after purchasing the annual subscription?

I purchased an annual subscription with an Android smartphone. I want to switch my device to iPad instead of using it on Android. Is it possible? If this is not possible, I would like to upgrade from the 1 device plan to the 2 device plan without the expiration date. Is it possible? If possible, please tell me how.
